Orders must be canceled within 7 days from the date it was placed for a complete refund without any cancellation fee.
A mandatory 25% cancellation fee will apply to all orders canceled after 7 days of it being placed.
The 25% cancellation fee will be waived if the customer accepts store credit/electronic gift certificate for the refund.
All KRAMER® products will be sold as is. Risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. Should this product prove to be defective after purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor/retailer assumes the risk of all necessary servicing or repairs.
Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to product sold.
Determination of the fitness or the suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer. Claims for defective materials or workmanship must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please call or email for instructions. Returns will not be accepted for used items. 25% cancellation fee may apply.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on exotic skins, alterations, or custom orders.
We do not stock all of our merchandise. Each holster is made to order for a specific client. Consequently, we will accept returns ONLY if merchandise is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
If you wish to return an item, please call or email us first to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Goods must be returned in UNUSED condition as determined by Kramer®.
Returns must be shipped in a box. Mailing envelopes will not be accepted since holsters can be easily damaged in postal handling.
Please be certain that the style of holster you order is suitable for its intended use. Should Kramer® determine that a return item is not defective, it shall be the client's responsibility to pay return shipping of the item.
Items found to be defective will be promptly replaced by the same style item, or purchase price refunded, whichever client prefers.
COLORS: Our standard colors are BLACK and MAHOGANY. Our MAHOGANY is a very dark cordovan color, with red highlights in the sunlight. It should be pointed out that with the exception of the BLACK color, MAHOGANY will vary and may not appear exactly as it does in photographs. Color variance will not be considered reason for return or replacement of the holster. If you require a uniform color, we recommend BLACK because of its uniformity in horsehide products.
Delivery times in the US vary, depending on workload. In most cases, delivery can be made in 10-12 weeks. At times, however, it may take longer. We would like to cut our delivery times even more, but will not sacrifice QUALITY in order to mass produce.
Each Kramer® holster is individually handcrafted from start to finish. Although delivery time reflects our handcrafted methods, so does the finished product.
The best can't be mass produced. We appreciate your patience and please free to call 1-888-KRAMER-1 for current delivery times. We strive to deliver as soon as humanly possible and are quicker at delivery than most, if not all handmade holster makers that normally take several months.
Custom holster delivery will be determined at the time of order. Type of custom holster and the exotic skin availability will determine delivery time.
We ship Catalogs within 3 days by First Class Mail. Depending on your location in the US, it could take up to 10 days but normally arrives in 2-5 days.
We have no control over the time that it takes foreign entities of the various mail services to deliver in their respective countries.
